Two Eleven Health provides a comprehensive range of primary care services including preventive care, acute illness management, chronic disease management, and wellness programs. Our goal is to address your overall health and well-being. We also offer minor procedures, such as suturing, incision and drainage, joint injections, wart and skin tag removal, plus many more. For pediatric services, we offer well-child check-ups and treatment for common childhood illnesses.

Patients are welcome to carry any type of insurance. We focus on direct patient care and do not bill insurance companies for primary care services. We do, however, accept Medicare patients.

All of the services provided in our office are covered with your monthly membership fee. You will never pay a copay or get surprise bills with your visits with us.

Patients may use their regular health insurance plans for medications, labs, or imaging - but we may be able to get better price options than insurance providers.

Patients can also continue to use their regular insurance for specialist visits.

Yes, you can still see specialists. Two Eleven Health can provide referrals to specialists as needed, and you may use your health insurance for these visits.
