Dr. Anna Ingleright Reph, DO
Education and Experience
Dr. Reph completed her medical education at the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Cleveland. Following her medical training, she served as a resident physician at University Hospitals, gaining invaluable experience in providing comprehensive primary care.
Prior to her medical career, Dr. Reph honed her business skills by completing her Master of Business Administration from the University of Dayton. From there, she obtained her Certified Public Accountant license and went on to serve in auditing roles at renowned firms such as Deloitte & Touche, Cohen & Company, and Lincoln Electric.

Dr. Reph’s diverse professional background enables her to bring a unique perspective to patient care. At Two Eleven Health, Dr. Reph offers a wide range of primary care services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment. She is committed to building strong doctor-patient relationships and providing compassionate, personalized care.
Dr. Reph’s unique blend of medical and business expertise allows her to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care while effectively managing the complexities of the healthcare industry.
Passion Beyond Medicine
Dr. Reph is a lifelong Shoregal of Avon Lake, Ohio, where Two Eleven Health is located. She currently resides there with her husband, two children, and two dogs.
Family is a top priority for Dr. Reph. She finds immense joy in spending quality time with her two young children and cherishes moments with her family and friends. She also takes great pride in serving families in her hometown.
When she's not caring for patients, Dr. Reph enjoys exploring new places. She has a passion for travel, with favorite destinations including scenic road trips out West and relaxing beach vacations.
Dr. Reph also takes pleasure in trying out new healthy recipes, often incorporating locally sourced ingredients into her culinary adventures. Her commitment to health and wellness extends beyond her professional life and into her personal pursuits.
Alongside all of this, she is a member of the Avon Lake Early Childhood PTA and will be serving as the Wellness Chair.
