At Two Eleven Health, we believe in healthcare that's as clear and straightforward as it is effective. That’s why we’ve created a membership-based model designed to put you in control of your direct primary care cost (DPC cost).
We do not take insurance at this time, but we DO accept Medicare. All of the services provided in our office are covered with your monthly membership fee. You will never pay a copay or get surprise bills with your visits with us.

Waived enrollment fee plus 10% discount if you pay annually up front.

Maximum enrollment fee of $300 total for families of 3+ enrolling at the same time.
Patients may use their regular health insurance plans for medications, labs, or imaging - but we may be able to get better price options than insurance providers. Patients can also continue to use their regular insurance for specialist visits.
